Genetic Tests
In Switzerland, genetic tests in the medical field may only be ordered by physicians authorized to do so.
The Institute of Medical Genetics is authorized by the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) to perform genetic tests on humans.
Accreditation
The laboratory is accredited according to SN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 and SN EN ISO 15189:2013 and regularly participates in external quality controls.
